<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16755130/">Discrimination </a>against overweight and obese workers has been going on for the longest time. I personally have been discriminated against, made to feel unworthy of my position. The way others look at you and sometimes you can see their dislike. You would see the disapproving eyes around the office, as the ABC points out: <a target="_blank" href="http://abcnews.go.com/Business/Careers/story?id=1705230">There is little sympathy for overweight workers</a>.</p>
<p>They just don&#8217;t get it. We can do what they do and most of the time better. It isn&#8217;t fair and all the times you would get overlooked at promotion time or the new girl would be given your promotion simply because she was more attractive and thin.</p>
