Don’t give up – you will find a ‘way’ that will suit you just dandy. It may not be the ‘way’ you are into now so maybe if you just tried to 1/2 what you are doing until your heart and health improve.

Hi Kellie, yes I am in Melbourne. I was open to the idea and even spoke to my doctor. We both agreed that it was a means to an end and wouldn’t solve what was going on in my head. This is really the thing that I need to work on and change, I have made progress with that. You know I even go swimming now after 20 years of not going. That in itself is a be acheivement. I am starting to enjoy life despite all the set backs that I have and you know even though I feel down sometimes I can still laugh about it all. Thank you for your suggestion, however I am trying other things before I resort to surgury. Keep in touch and let me know how things have been for you since you lost your weight. Are you in melbourne? I dont know if you would be open to the idea, but have you heard about getting a lapband? I got one in august 2007 and have lost 70 kilos. Its been my life saver.
