		<description>10 minutes is great.  Every little bit helps.

One thing I&#039;ve been trying to do to control portion size (I also have problems with this one) is to not say I can&#039;t have things.  I can have crackers if I want them BUT I look at the nutritional information on the side of the box and when it says a portion is 11 crackers I get out a bowl, count out my 11 crackers and go sit down... and I&#039;m not allowed to have seconds.</description>
