		<description>Keep your chin up Kat, I know all too well about gall stones had them and the gallbladder removed, it does get better, with time. Don't think of food as good, bad or junk just how much you have is more important than anything else. We all need cheering up at some point so here's a hug from me to you. Smile it costs nothing.
