Omega 3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids that the body needs. The body itself cannot produce it, and so it is found in the foods we eat. So glad you liked that post Katly. One of my goals this year is to read more and learn more about all aspects of health and nutrition so that I can make informed choices about a healthy lifestyle for life. Reading the scientific and clinical explanations for that helps me understand why things are healthy choices. Education is the key. I refuse to be a media sponge.
