One of my goals this year is to read more and learn more about all aspects of health and nutrition so that I can make informed choices about a healthy lifestyle for life.  Reading the scientific and clinical explanations for that helps me understand why things are healthy choices.  Education is the key.  I refuse to be a media sponge.</description>
